13. Edit Order
When an order is in pending status and has not yet turned into a case normally users get here from the Pending Review – Candidate Response Attention Required Queue, users in the client portal has the ability to edit the information provided in the order or add additional information before they choose to submit the order.
This includes:
1. Changing/Adding the package associated to the order to the existing package(same package lookup rules apply as the standard order process). The flow is same as Intake flow but applicant information is not filled in package changing.
2. Updating the basic applicant information
- First Name
- Middle Name
- Last Name
- Date of Birth
- SSN/Government ID number
- DL Number
- DL State
- Address
- City
- State
- Zip
- Country
- Phone
- PO number
3. Updating Provided Information such as Provided Education Information, Provided Employment Information, Provided License Information and Provided Reference Information.
4. Adding more provided information such as new Provided Education Information, Provided Employment Information, Provided License Information and Provided Reference Information.
5. Adding/Edit additional addresses.
6. Adding/Edit additional names.
The Condition to Edit order is that.
- Order Status should be Pending Approval
- Order Record Type: Pending
- Account: Should be the login user account
if package contains Credit Report in it or Credit Report item is added as a la carte in order then FCRA screen will display but with different contents. And also before FCRA screen one more paragraph will display on location.
But if package do not contains Credit Report in it or Credit Report item is not added as a la carte in order then FCRA screen will display on location.
After clicking next button, the page redirects to the "order pending request page" and processed order will be removed from "Condidate responses - Auttention required" tab if we have approved it during order edit process.
